We are licensed with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) from the Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services (CMS) and accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). The CAP’s Laboratory Accreditation Program requires the most comprehensive and rigorous laboratory standards, which meet or exceed CLIA requirements, and ensures that accredited laboratories maintain the processes, skills, and resources to remain current and relevant in an evolving health care landscape.
Pee Dee Pathology owns and operates two anatomic pathology laboratories in Florence, SC & Myrtle Beach, SC where evaluations of surgical and cytological specimens are performed.
